Technical details and application:<\/p>\n

<\/span>The 40×40 black ALU mounting profile \/ mounting rail has two mounting channels. Depending on the roof construction, hammer head screws (T-bolts) M10 of type 28\/15 are used in the lower channel and fixed with a matching M10 collar nut. Various fastening elements such as adapter plates, roof hooks, mounting triangles or longitudinal connectors for mounting rails can be used. In the upper channel, however, the end and middle clamps are used for secure mounting of the solar modules. These are fixed with the help of M8 slotted nuts with spring ball and a cylinder head screw M8.<\/p>\n

<\/span>The mounting rail is made of high-quality aluminium, which has a high resistance to corrosion, weather and external influences. This ensures maximum stability for the entire photovoltaic system.<\/p>\n

<\/span>The ALU mounting rail is an essential component for attaching the substructure of a photovoltaic system to flat or sloping roofs. It has the dimensions 40×40 and is made of aluminium.For mounting the mounting rail we usually use hammer head screws M10. These are either attached parallel to the rafters or on a flat roof to special supports. Each solar module is mounted on two mounting rails. If the distance between the rafters is not optimal or there are other mounting problems, you can also install the mounting rails in the cross rail system. The lower layer is normally aligned parallel to the rafters, while the upper layer runs horizontally.<\/p>\n
